About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach school principals and leadership teams to drive instructional improvements and increase student achievement.
- Support the Senior Transformation Specialist in planning, coordinating, and executing core transformation efforts.
- Lead instructional support efforts across assigned schools, ensuring alignment with Florida standards.
- Manage onsite MGT teams, including scheduling, reporting, and coaching.
- Provide cross-content oversight to MGT instructional coaches in ELA, math, science, and other core areas.
- Analyze school performance data to identify trends, communicate progress, and develop recommended next steps.
- Develop and execute school achievement plans and Coordinated Support Plans.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with school leadership, teachers, and district personnel.
Requirements
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Education Leadership, Curriculum, Supervision, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Administrator or district-level experience specifically in School Transformation and Turnaround.
- Extensive understanding of the Florida Department of Education (DOE) system and instructional standards.
- Proven ability to disaggregate and use data to inform decision-making and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Ability to travel 4-5 days a week to client and school sites within Hillsborough County, Florida.
