Transformation SME Lead BPO Legal and Regulatory Services

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and roadmap for Legal as a Service, focusing on Legal Operations, CLM, Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Lead legal transformation initiatives and design target operating models for clients.
• Develop scalable offerings and AI-led transformation solutions, including GenAI and automation.
• Support go-to-market strategies, including messaging, sales collateral, and strategic pursuits.
• Act as a trusted advisor to General Counsel and Legal Operations leaders through executive workshops and advisory sessions.
• Drive innovation by developing reusable assets and transformation accelerators using legal technology.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Transformation, CLM, Governance, Risk, Compliance, or related domains.
• Advanced degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in transformation consulting, operating model design, or business process services.
• Demonstrated ability to support go-to-market strategies and solution development.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong familiarity with AI, GenAI, automation, and the legal technology ecosystem.
