Transformation Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic liaison and trusted advisor between Tax sub-service lines and the Tax Transformation Office
• Identify and prioritize modernization opportunities across workflow, AI, automation, and data
• Translate business needs and operational pain points into actionable transformation initiatives and roadmap priorities
• Facilitate discovery sessions, design-thinking workshops, and working groups to surface business needs
• Partner with the Tax R&D Lab and Innovation teams to bridge the gap between business problems and technology capabilities
• Support transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business value and change adoption

Requirements

• Experience in Tax, professional services, consulting, or related business environments
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive practical, execution-oriented results
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across both business and technology stakeholder groups
• Exposure to transformation initiatives, process improvement, or change management
• Interest or direct experience in AI, automation, or workflow optimization
