Transformation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide PM, OCM, and overall consulting guidance to senior executives and cross-functional partners (HR, Legal, Technology, etc.)
• Assist in running governance models and supporting executive-level status updates, including meeting minutes, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations
• Build and maintain project plans to track key milestones, dates, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Facilitate weekly project meetings to update schedules, identify roadblocks, and drive project momentum
• Develop executive-level briefings
• Assist in Nota Consulting business development and corporate activities

Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management, OCM, and/or consulting experience
• Proven consulting experience is required
• Proficiency in using Project Management software to build and maintain schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial consulting experience
• Experience with corporate restructuring or offshoring programs
• PM certification or OCM certification (such as Prosci)
