Transformation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to understand business objectives and challenges
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner, and Functional Head levels
• Perform rapid landscape assessments to provide actionable insights
• Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure
• Develop roadmaps for project management, organizational change management, and design thinking
• Conduct change impact analysis and readiness assessments
• Apply design thinking principles to identify innovative solutions to complex business problems
• Mentor and coach junior consultants

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience
• 7+ years of management or business consulting experience
• Advanced MS Suite skills for presentations and dashboards
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
• Extensive knowledge of change management principles and models
• Proficiency in design thinking frameworks and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Change Management, or Design Thinking
• Experience in Big 4 professional services or global management consultancies
• MBA or equivalent advanced education
• Experience in facilitation
