Transformation Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs)
• Ensure timely delivery of transformation programs within scope, budget, and quality expectations
• Monitor resource requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure availability
• Partner with the Finance organization to manage project budgets and spend
• Translate executive strategy into actionable program plans and prioritize initiatives
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and SI partners
• Establish and drive executive-level governance, including steering committees and status reporting
• Lead organizational change management (OCM) efforts, including communication and training strategies
• Proactively identify program risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in supply chain or operations
• Hands-on experience with digital transformation tools and technologies (e.g., ERP, S2P systems like Jaggaer, Icertis, or SAP Ariba)
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive results without direct authority
• Proven financial acumen and experience with benefits realization tracking
• Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity in a large-scale enterprise environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience working in management consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation environments
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills
