Transformation Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Source to Pay (S2P) transformation programs to drive strategic sourcing and procurement improvements.
• Define program scope, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics including KPIs and OKRs.
• Ensure timely delivery of programs within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Partner with leadership to translate executive strategy into actionable plans and prioritize initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and external partners.
• Establish executive-level governance, including steering committees and status reporting.
• Lead organizational change management (OCM) efforts to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Proactively identify program risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in supply chain or operations.
• Proven experience with digital transformation tools and S2P systems (e.g., Jaggaer, Icertis, SAP Ariba).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage complex interdependencies across multiple functions and geographies.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or an advanced degree.
• Experience working in consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation environments.
• Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.
