Transformation Manager/Retail

Responsibilities

• Spearhead and execute strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring full ownership of their success and alignment with the organization's long-term vision.
• Manage the financial impact of transformation projects on the business's Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Leverage domain expertise in Retail, CIB, Operations, and GRC to drive seamless implementation and adoption.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making by partnering with Data Business Partners and Data Stewards.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs to accurately measure the success and impact of transformation projects.
• Implement comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Champion agile methodologies, including iterative development and customer-centricity.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and senior management to report on progress and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation projects and change initiatives.
• Proven domain expertise in Retail or Corporate Investment Banking.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Agile Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with financial and banking sector operations.
