Responsibilities

• Define and implement core operating structures and working models collaboratively with cross-functional partners
• Design business decision frameworks and create supporting infrastructure such as guides, models, and tools
• Engineer efficient processes to optimize throughput and ensure frictionless operations
• Introduce and expand world-class capabilities to drive business growth
• Scale business infrastructure across key pillars to support future expansion
• Integrate meaningful infrastructure into the daily operations of the business

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in business operations, process improvement, or organizational design
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• Strong commitment to quality and delivering results that add tangible value to the business
• Ability to apply leadership principles within a high-performance culture
