Transformation Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the mobilization of transformation programs, including workplans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID management
• Build executive-ready transformation reporting, such as dashboards, SteerCo packs, and decision logs
• Run analysis on delivery health and value realization, focusing on benefits, KPIs, trends, and risks
• Support operating model and process work, including current state assessment, future state design, and gap analysis
• Coordinate cross-workstream execution utilizing AI tools to manage actions, owners, and follow-ups
• Support workshops through preparation, facilitation assistance, and synthesis of outputs

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, PMO/TMO, transformation delivery, or adjacent roles
• Strong AI literacy, including core and generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and crisp communication
• Ability to manage stakeholders proactively and remain accountable in ambiguous environments
• Experience with governance, operating models, agile delivery, or value tracking is a plus
