Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Advance the Group Demand & Capacity Management (GDCM) transformation by supporting Corporate Portfolio Management (CPM) initiatives.
• Bring structure, simplification, and clarity to processes, governance, and ways of working to reduce complexity.
• Contribute to building a consolidated, value-driven portfolio view at the Group level to reinforce transparency and prioritization.
• Support the adoption of improved methodologies, tools, and performance indicators, including dashboards and OKRs.
• Coordinate and deliver specific CPM transformation deliverables with consistency and compliance with Group Transformation frameworks.
• Streamline and mature CPM products such as processes, tools, and governance cadences.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, structured discussions, and clear communication materials.
• Identify inefficiencies in governance and translate them into pragmatic improvement actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives.
• Experience implementing new processes, controls, and best practices.
• Proven experience implementing or leading a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) function or framework.
• Strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
• Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to manage complex data and process flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational situations and remain calm under pressure in evolving environments.
• A structured, organized, and delivery-oriented mindset with high levels of autonomy.
