Transformation Junior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support product incident tracking and status update communications for internal KYC tools
• Assist in the creation of training materials and digital learning content
• Maintain knowledge repositories using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Collaborate with business, IT, and product teams on agile transformation initiatives
• Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and internal communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
• Interest in KYC/AML, regulatory processes, and transformation projects
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and agile teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant trainee or internship experience
• Experience with media or digital content creation
• Knowledge of additional languages
