Transformation Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and embed the enterprise transformation capability framework, including role standards and competency frameworks.
• Develop and implement Programme and Change Management Excellence standards across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices, running excellence cycles, and conducting after-action reviews.
• Curate a transformation knowledge hub containing toolkits, case studies, and reusable assets.
• Set the strategy for 3rd party vendors and tooling for portfolio, programme, and change management.
• Generate and communicate transformation portfolio insights and reports to senior leadership and executives.
• Support transformation teams in adopting new ways of working and fostering a transformation mindset.

Requirements

• Proven track record of navigating and leading within large, complex global organizations.
• Extensive experience in global transformation environments, including design, governance, and implementation.
• Deep expertise in change management and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and modernize processes through new methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and working within successful Transformation Offices.
• Background in industry or professional services/consulting.
• Knowledge of programme management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Understanding of capability process mapping, design, and execution.
• Experience working within multinational consumer businesses.
