Transformation Director

Responsibilities

• Lead culture and engagement transformation initiatives aligned with GSP business priorities
• Translate employee listening and survey insights into actionable site-level plans
• Drive change enablement and adoption governance for major transformation programs
• Partner with leadership to define and reinforce ways of working and leadership behaviors
• Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards to track culture, engagement, and adoption outcomes
• Collaborate with HR and partner teams to ensure clear ownership across strategy, execution, and governance
