Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support consulting projects from conception to implementation, specifically focusing on digital transformation.
• Apply project management methods to ensure successful project delivery.
• Structure content and solve complex problems creatively and independently.
• Moderate and present meetings and workshops to various hierarchical levels and company cultures.
• Contribute to internal topics, business development, and customer projects in parallel.

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field (mandatory).
• 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a similar area, including digital transformation experience.
• Proven expertise in process and data analysis for transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PPT, Excel, Teams); PowerPlatform experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital tools and frameworks such as BI, RPA, AI, Agile, or BPMN.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; German language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe and the Americas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Management.
• Experience with PowerPlatform.
• Fluency in German.
