Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Chief Innovation Officer on strategic initiatives spanning enterprise expansion, partnerships, and AI transformation programs
• Drive embedded deployments of Rogo / Felix inside flagship financial institutions to support firmwide rollouts
• Help build and execute Rogo's joint go-to-market motion with strategic consulting partners
• Design and operate AI upskilling and reskilling curricula
• Structure ambiguous strategic problems into clear workstreams, building project plans and driving outcomes
• Build executive-quality materials including decks, memos, and models for C-suite audiences
• Serve as connective tissue across product, GTM, partnerships, and client teams

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, or as a Chief of Staff at a high-growth startup
• Strong commercial and strategic instincts with the ability to execute detailed tasks
• Intellectual nimbleness and ability to absorb new domains quickly
• Excellent project management instincts and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Polished executive presence and communication skills for senior-level interaction
• AI-native mindset with fluent daily use of AI tools
• Ability to thrive in zero-to-one, ambiguous environments
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York for in-office work
