Transformation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cross-functional projects in the Finance and Accounting Organization through all phases of the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with functional leaders and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks that may impact project success
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday and integrated systems
• Support the functionality of various systems including Accounting Center, Adaptive Planning, and Prism Analytics
• Focus on end-to-end Accounting and Finance process automation
• Support AI initiative governance and enablement by researching latest AI capabilities and use cases for Finance and Accounting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience with Workday implementation, configuration, and optimization
• 2-3 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Technical expertise in Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Accounting Center, and Prism Analytics
• Proficiency with Workday integrations and security frameworks
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad during the shift of 3:00pm - 12:00am IST

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday certifications
• Experience in a large-scale enterprise transformation program
• Experience implementing AI within a Finance department
• Experience working in the Software Industry
