Responsibilities

• Review documentation to confirm if it's in good order
• Submit electronic and manual transfer requests and follow to completion
• Contact contra firms to resolve any blocks on completing client requests
• Assist with daily reporting
• Identify areas for innovation and process improvements
• Build relationships internally and externally to improve the client experience
• Research and resolve transfer exceptions by reviewing reject reasons and memos

Requirements

• 1 year of experience working as an Analyst at a Financial Services company
• Understanding of AML and risk mitigation rules
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Resilience and ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• B.A. / B.S. degree in Finance or Business
• Prior experience with ACATs/Non-ACATs
• Series 7 License
