Transfer Pricing Manager/Senior Manager

About the Company

DFDL was established in 1994 to create an integrated legal and tax advisory firm with in-depth knowledge of developing jurisdictions. With 12 offices across Asia, including Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, DFDL provides specialized services across various industry sectors including Tax and Transfer Pricing.

Responsibilities

• Provide transfer pricing advice to clients and work on international projects across the Mekong and Asia Pacific regions
• Direct all aspects of transfer pricing engagements including scoping, fact gathering, functional interviews, economic analysis, and report drafting
• Assist Partners and Directors in cross-border transfer pricing planning and complex tax-efficient supply chain design
• Participate in business development by meeting with senior employees and selling transfer pricing services to potential clients
• Engage in government relations, chambers of commerce, and other professional business groups
• Contribute to knowledge management and professional development activities

Requirements

• 5–8 years of transfer pricing experience in a Big 4 or boutique transfer pricing firm
• Experience with project management, functional analysis, and benchmarking studies
• Excellence in written and verbal English communication
• Experience in business development and client presentations
• Proven ability to manage and enhance client relationships
• Fluency in Vietnamese is a plus
