Transfer Pricing Analyst - Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, functional analyses, and financial analyses for assigned countries.
• Perform benchmarking searches and quantitative analyses using external databases and comparable company data.
• Support the monitoring of intercompany pricing results and assist in identifying potential transfer pricing adjustments.
• Coordinate with regional finance and tax stakeholders to collect financial data and validate intercompany transaction flows.
• Track country-specific compliance requirements and timelines to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Assist in responding to information requests from tax authorities, internal audit, or assurance teams.
• Maintain organized workpapers and documentation repositories to support audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial accounting, cost accounting, intercompany analysis, or transfer pricing compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and segmented P&L data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables across different jurisdictions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS.
• Experience with transfer pricing jurisdictions outside of India.
• Exposure to broader international tax topics such as withholding tax or permanent establishment.
• Willingness to implement process improvements and automation.
