Transfer Pricing Advisor - Advanced

Responsibilities

• Create annual transfer pricing documentation and related records for multiple global jurisdictions.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses of intercompany pricing using comparable industry data.
• Prepare analytical scenarios and calculations to support pricing adjustment decisions.
• Assist business and finance teams in preparing documentation for new intercompany transactions to ensure arm's-length alignment.
• Produce timely reports and supporting documentation in response to inquiries from tax authorities and internal assurance teams.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to transfer pricing processes, controls, and systems through automation and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure intercompany arrangements are documented and globally consistent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of three years of experience in multinational transfer pricing compliance and defense.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations, including OECD guidelines and local rules.
• Experience preparing or reviewing transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or MBA (Finance).
• Experience working with jurisdictions outside of India.
• Familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS.
• Experience with broader tax issues such as permanent establishment or withholding tax.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
