Transfer Driver

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks and vans to pick up and deliver rental, retail, and non-inventory product between resort locations
• Load and unload products using liftgates and rolling carts in snow, ice, and uneven terrain
• Organize products by type and destination for efficient transport
• Use mobile scanning technology and tracking software for inventory documentation
• Fulfill rental restocking requests by picking, packing, and organizing equipment
• Operate company equipment such as pallet jacks, liftgates, and dock plates safely
• Maintain up-to-date delivery logs in compliance with regulations
• Monitor road conditions and drive safely in mountainous terrain and adverse weather
• Maintain clean and organized vehicle interiors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid, current, and unrestricted driver’s license
• Minimum 6 months experience operating large box trucks or similar delivery vehicles
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. individually
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and navigate slippery surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with loading, unloading, or transporting equipment in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Knowledge of safe vehicle operation in mountain terrain
• Familiarity with retail and rental logistics terminology
