Transfer Agency Shareholder Services Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and workflows within the Transfer Agency Private Markets Team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with various TA business units and other departments within State Street
• Manage client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure all requirements are met
• Monitor and manage internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Execute additional projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 1–2 years of mutual fund operations experience
• Proven experience in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
