Transfer Agency, Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact and escalation for complex operational issues.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to case managers, ensuring AML processes adhere to established policies and service standards.
• Conduct reviews of investor documentation to ensure compliance with AML requirements, checklists, and regulatory procedures.
• Monitor investor populations to ensure all AML reviews are completed within required timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain routine client reporting, including AML logs and reporting on unauthorized or aged investor items.
• Drive the development and implementation of procedures to meet internal control standards and regulatory expectations.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and client due diligence engagements.
• Lead departmental initiatives and project management activities to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of Fund Administration experience, preferably within Investor Services or Transfer Agency.
• At least 4 years of experience in people management.
• Strong understanding of global AML regulations and local AML legislation.
• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACAMS certification or other relevant AML qualification.
