About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of a functional transfer agency team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to controls within tight deadlines
- Review and approve daily cash movements for clients and their shareholders
- Manage monthly and quarterly client events with strict processing and deliverable deadlines
- Monitor and maintain client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal/external KPIs
- Collaborate with other Transfer Agency business units and various departments within the organization
- Resolve complex operational issues and develop action plans to increase team efficiency and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- BS/BA degree
- 3–5 years of mutual fund operations experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
