About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities of a functional transfer agency team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to controls within tight deadlines
  • Review and approve daily cash movements for clients and their shareholders
  • Manage monthly and quarterly client events with strict processing and deliverable deadlines
  • Monitor and maintain client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal/external KPIs
  • Collaborate with other Transfer Agency business units and various departments within the organization
  • Resolve complex operational issues and develop action plans to increase team efficiency and productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree
  • 3–5 years of mutual fund operations experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
