Transfer Agency Associate

Responsibilities

• Review application forms and complete account opening checklists
• Determine required levels of Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
• Perform CDD tasks including AML checks, Prime Screening, and tax residence assessments
• Open and maintain accounts within the Transfer Agency (TA) system
• Manage shareholder maintenance and Customer Identification programs
• Execute projects such as re-papering and changes to the register
• Conduct document management control and client conversion sampling
• Verify that documents are in good order according to specific requirements

Requirements

• Graduation in commerce
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Capital Markets
