Transactions & Expansion Associate

Responsibilities

• Support strategic expansion and maintenance projects for retail stores
• Manage vendors for lighting, furniture, and renovations, ensuring deadlines are met
• Conduct research on new solutions for window displays and furniture to optimize costs
• Perform budget analysis for maintenance and support profitability analysis per square meter
• Track department invoices and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Update opportunity databases and follow store opening checklists with internal teams
• Manage corporate documentation, including contract signature verification and international document legalization processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, expansion, or international business
• Extremely organized with a highly structured mindset and strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical capacity and proficiency in Excel
• High level of English proficiency
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups proactively

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the French language
