Transactional Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Support Attorneys in the Corporate/Securities and Real Estate/Finance Practice Groups
• Prepare, revise, and file various legal documents, certificates, statements, and annual reports
• Perform UCC searches, due diligence, and other legal research
• Manage closing checklists and transaction documentation from initiation through post-closing tasks
• Coordinate with registered agent entities and State Business Offices to form, maintain, or dissolve entities
• Draft form documents related to entity formation, governance, and other transactional matters
• Work directly with attorneys and clients to coordinate complex closings and transactions
• Prioritize a high volume of time-sensitive projects while maintaining strict attention to detail

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an Associate/Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies
• Proven transactional legal experience
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Superior interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
