Transaction Services Consultant Intern

Responsibilities

• Advise large groups, SMEs, and investment funds on acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, and financing projects.
• Perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct preliminary target diagnostics and assist with data room management.
• Optimize divestiture and separation processes.
• Model the accounting effects of transactions for acquirers.
• Assist in defining contractual terms and price adjustment mechanisms.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a top-tier business school, engineering school, or university degree in Finance.
• Mandatory previous experience (6-month internship or 1-year apprenticeship) in M&A, Transaction Services, or Private Equity.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of a third language is a plus).
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Rigorous, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Must be able to provide an internship agreement (convention de stage) for a Master's level position.
