Transaction Review Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and editing of consumer transactions
• Review daily customer transaction data for accuracy, including state identification and IDV agent decisions
• Generate and run weekly reports for law enforcement dissemination
• Review online documentation for potential fraud using provided tools
• Flag suspicious activity and provide verification of identified activity
• Approve or deny transactions based on ID verification requirements
• Review real-time devices to accurately detect device condition

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or 1+ year of experience in retail or fast-paced environments
• 6+ months of data entry or verification experience
• Proficiency in data entry and navigating databases
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a call center-type environment
