Transaction Processing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team responsible for accurate and timely child support payment processing for the Kentucky State Disbursement Unit.
• Ensure team performance consistently meets or exceeds established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to staff, including resolving processing questions and escalations.
• Oversee production operations, quality control, and Team Lead activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify process gaps, operational risks, and barriers, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and update policies and procedures to support operational efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct periodic security and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to established protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent leadership or supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in data entry, mailroom operations, and/or outbound mail processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed.
