Transaction Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Log into the workflow and process multiple document types for a rental car agency
• Meet strict timeliness and accuracy standards for all transactions
• Comply with all company policies and operational standards
• Navigate through multiple software windows and systems efficiently
• Communicate clearly and ask questions when necessary to ensure task accuracy

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic suitable for a remote environment
• Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY
• Technical setup: Must pass an internet speed test (min 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload) and use a direct Ethernet connection to a modem/router
