Transaction Processing Associate

Responsibilities

• Process and settle client trade and cash instructions to ensure timely delivery
• Research and resolve exceptions, issues, and client inquiries accurately
• Maintain strong working relationships with client contacts
• Identify, report, and escalate potential issues or risks to management
• Perform daily or weekly reporting functions for team activities
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a background in Finance
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Willingness to work in various shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trade and cash settlement
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
