Transaction Processing Associate III

Responsibilities

• Perform complex business support and technical work using data organizing and coordination skills.
• Complete complex validations using logical and analytical skills to finalize, approve, or reject documents and cases.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide informal guidance or mentorship to junior team members and new hires.
• Follow up on inquiries to update additional data requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Identify and report adverse events to the client according to established guidelines.
• Use discretion to modify work practices and processes to improve efficiency and achieve results.
• Execute tasks based on established procedures with a limited degree of supervision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data organizing and coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate issues and provide optimal solutions.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in relevant transaction processing or business support functions.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effectively exchanging information and ideas with colleagues and clients.
