Transaction Processing Associate III

Responsibilities

• Perform complex business support and technical work using data organizing and coordination skills.
• Complete complex validations using logical and analytical skills.
• Make critical decisions regarding the finalization, approval, or rejection of documents and cases.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide informal guidance or mentoring to junior team members and new hires.
• Follow up on inquiries to update necessary data requirements.
• Identify and report adverse events to the client according to established guidelines.
• Work within defined processes to find appropriate approaches for new or atypical assignments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in business processes and technical procedures.
• Strong data organizing and coordination skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work self-guided.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills for exchanging information and ideas clearly.
• Experience or vocational training in relevant processing or technical fields.
