Transaction Processing Associate III

Responsibilities

• Perform complex business support and technical work using data organizing and coordination skills
• Complete complex validations using logical and analytical skills
• Make critical decisions regarding the finalization, approval, or rejection of documents and cases
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide informal guidance or mentoring to junior team members
• Identify and report adverse events to the client
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure all additional data requirements are met
• Work with a limited degree of supervision to complete tasks according to client guidelines

• Ability to apply logical reasoning to complex tasks
• Proficiency in various processes, procedures, and systems through job-related training or experience
