About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
- Sort, image, document, file, and archive documents by form type
- Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information
- Classify documents based on contract requirements
- Capture information based on client requirements
- Verify data from automated data extraction tools
- Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
- Comply with all company policies and standards
Requirements
- Ability to perform analytical and operational processes
- Basic skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems
- Ability to exchange information and ideas effectively
- Ability to problem solve in a self-guided manner
- Ability to work within established procedures and practices under close supervision
