Transaction Processing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reporting execution and controls remediation across multi-asset Market Operations to drive accuracy and risk reduction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by validating deal bookings against risk management systems and actual reporting.
• Review unissued or unexecuted documentation and escalate risks promptly to appropriate stakeholders.
• Drive process efficiency by identifying incorrect booking practices and educating Middle Office on downstream impacts.
• Investigate issues end-to-end and resolve them within defined business standards and timelines.
• Prepare weekly MIS and monthly control packs for senior management, highlighting key metrics and risks.
• Participate in testing and change delivery for system enhancements and new business initiatives.

Requirements

• Self-starter with a strong controls mindset and demonstrated ownership behaviors.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycles across various Markets products.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with operational and trading stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in MiFID regulatory reporting.
• Fixed Income product knowledge with exposure to Credit Derivatives.
• Experience producing management information (MIS) and control packs, including trend and spike analysis.
• Experience identifying control gaps and implementing process improvements in a regulated operations environment.
