Transaction Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the lending lifecycle including loan closing, servicing coordination, and client onboarding for complex syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Manage a deal closing pipeline, capturing data, storing documentation, and performing quality control.
• Contribute to the development of processes, standards, procedures, and controls for transaction management.
• Partner with originating business lines, credit risk, operations, and legal teams to ensure operational transparency.
• Assist in the design, testing, and rollout of new technology and participate in loan system migrations.
• Ensure data quality and process compliance meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, escalate, and propose solutions to operational risks and control issues.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in transaction management or lending operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft-based programs.
• Experience with Loan IQ or similar transaction capture tools.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a large global team supporting wholesale lending at a major financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale loan products (syndicated/bilateral), including legal documentation and funding mechanics.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage changing priorities in a KPI-driven culture.
• Experience facilitating transactions with clients under significant time constraints.
