Transaction Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the lending lifecycle including loan closing, servicing coordination, and client onboarding for complex syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Manage a deal closing pipeline, capturing data, storing documentation, and performing quality control.
• Partner with originating business lines, credit risk, operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Contribute to the development of processes, standards, controls, and technology implementations for transaction management.
• Ensure data quality and process compliance meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in loan remediation, system testing, and migrations to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in transaction management or wholesale lending.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantitative analysis.
• Experience with Loan IQ or similar transaction capture tools.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a large global financial institution supporting wholesale lending.
• Deep understanding of syndicated/bilateral loan products, legal documentation, and funding mechanics.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior management and diverse business constituents.
• Strong client relationship management and solution-oriented skills.
