Transaction Manager – Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Financial Analysts by analyzing and comparing purchase or lease proposals to determine feasibility and valuation.
• Create occupancy cost analyses for tenants by analyzing lease documents, building data, and market assumptions.
• Assist in collecting and evaluating due diligence for lease and sales transactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel models to create detailed financial analyses for clients and internal teams.
• Prepare essential transaction documents including RFPs, Letters of Intent (LOIs), and project kick-off forms.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies using CoStar and other industry resources.
• Manage multiple active transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely progression through all deal stages.
• Serve as a primary liaison between clients, brokers, and legal teams throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant real estate experience.
• Valid TREC salesperson license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Argus.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Dallas office 5 days per week.
