Transaction Management - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global transaction management team responsible for trade confirmation, settlement, and reporting.
• Drive transaction management and settlement discipline excellence through proactive management of the trade lifecycle.
• Oversee service delivery and client sentiment, acting as a primary escalation point for internal and external clients.
• Drive transformation initiatives, including automation, process improvements, and organizational change.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a strong risk management and control environment.
• Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Liaise with global colleagues and senior leadership to resolve client issues and present growth plans.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, business, technology, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Extensive asset management experience, including investment operations, fund accounting, or portfolio valuation.
• In-depth understanding of Middle Office operations, specifically trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
• Proven experience in client communication and interaction at all levels of seniority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of products across Equity, FI, FX, and ETD, including Global Markets.
• Experience leveraging technology solutions such as SQL, Python, or low-code tools.
• Experience in driving organizational change and applying change management principles.
