Transaction Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement through closing
• Coordinate workflows involving title, escrow, mortgage loans, appraisals, inspections, and repairs
• Initiate and manage earnest money and option fee wire transfers accurately and on time
• Obtain, review, and validate HOA demand documents and manage related litigation or violation issues
• Validate final transaction documents to ensure files are accurate and complete before closing
• Communicate regularly with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, and escrow officers to resolve open items
• Use Zendesk and internal systems to document and track all transaction activity

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent transactions
• Customer-first mindset with empathy for the complexities of real estate transactions
• Process-driven approach and comfort working in compliance-sensitive environments
• Professional communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, on a Monday through Friday schedule (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM AZ time)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a real estate transaction coordinator, title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate operations role
• Familiarity with HOA processes and documentation
• Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing/support platforms
• Interest in using AI tools and automation in a professional setting
