About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute duties associated with the initiation and completion of real estate transactions
- Support brokers in identifying opportunities and managing client deliverables
- Prepare final reports, ad-hoc research, and RFP responses for new and existing clients
- Create and oversee business development materials, including presentations and account communications
- Manage internal co-broker agreements, confidentiality documentation, and invoicing processes
- Oversee CRM data management to ensure all information remains current and accurate
- Follow internal protocols and checklists to proactively manage transactions and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate lease management, transaction management, or related professional services
- Real Estate license (or ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Solid understanding of financial analysis
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with corporate clients or real estate occupiers
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Experience using Salesforce
