About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective occupiers through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Generate qualified meetings for the transaction teams
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across NCR and key markets
- Conduct research on companies, occupiers, and expansion plans
- Prepare presentations and initial pitches
- Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Corporate Real Estate teams
- Track occupier expansion plans and market intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in Tele-sales, Inside sales, Business development, or Corporate sales
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make 50–80 outbound calls per day
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and networking
- High energy and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling premium or high-value services to corporate clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools
