About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective occupiers through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
  • Generate qualified meetings for the transaction teams
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across NCR and key markets
  • Conduct research on companies, occupiers, and expansion plans
  • Prepare presentations and initial pitches
  • Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Corporate Real Estate teams
  • Track occupier expansion plans and market intelligence
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in Tele-sales, Inside sales, Business development, or Corporate sales
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make 50–80 outbound calls per day
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and networking
  • High energy and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling premium or high-value services to corporate clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
