Transaction Banking - Global Client Executive (Vice President)

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow top-tier corporate client relationships by acting as a primary interface and strategic advisor.
• Drive revenue growth and retention through the strategic cross-selling and up-selling of Treasury and Trade Solutions.
• Cultivate long-lasting partnerships with key client executives and decision-makers.
• Lead proactive relationship reviews and develop comprehensive account plans to align Citi’s products with client long-term goals.
• Champion client needs internally by collaborating with Sales, Product, Operations, and Service teams to resolve complex issues.
• Leverage market trends and performance data to provide strategic insights that enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior client-facing role within corporate banking, relationship management, or sales.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact strategic projects and managing complex tasks autonomously.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop forward-looking growth plans.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills to engage senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep business acumen regarding global financial drivers and the treasury solutions landscape.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design innovative solutions for complex challenges.
