Tramway Infrastructure and Integration Pole Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for designing infrastructures directly related to tramways (track layout, platform, railway)
• Lead the integration of System requirements into Infrastructures
• Define and manage recruitment needs and the operational functioning of the pole
• Provide technical supervision and management to the teams
• Oversee feedback loops and the creation of guide documents for Knowledge Management
• Manage, federate, and motivate teams to achieve set objectives
• Participate in business development and skill enhancement
• Travel required, primarily within France and occasionally internationally

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of similar experience
• Experience in management and project steering in MOE (Project Management Assistance)
• Interest in business development
• Dynamic and proactive personality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Recommended proficiency in English
