Training Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage the architecture, administration, and maintenance of the Compliance to Capability (C2C) learning management system.
• Act as the first line of support for C2C troubleshooting and technical issues.
• Support the Training Department by coordinating, documenting, and updating training requirements to meet business needs.
• Partner with Training Managers, Specialists, and Production Leaders to ensure curriculum is accurately reflected in the LMS.
• Design and deliver training programs within C2C to meet organizational learning needs.
• Provide compliance metrics to leadership and assist in minimizing past-due training.
• Lead the New Hire Orientation program in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Maintain training records, documentation systems, and the training SharePoint site to ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
• Manage the annual curriculum review process and represent the plant in corporate C2C forums.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• 1+ year of experience in learning management system (LMS) administration.
• 1+ year of experience in training development or delivery.
• 1+ year of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Word).

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors/C2C Learning Management System.
• Knowledge of BD Quality Systems.
