About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary administrator for Docebo (LMS) and Zendesk, managing user permissions and ticketing workflows
  • Manage end-to-end enrollment processes for all training courses
  • Maintain training tenants and lab environments via AWS and CloudShare
  • Reset and decommission tenants post-class to maintain system hygiene and cost-control
  • Audit internal and external Knowledge Base articles for accuracy and relevance
  • Provide administrative troubleshooting support for Training and Support teams

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail regarding links and user permissions
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience creating checklists and reliable workflows
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and education teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Docebo and Zendesk
  • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudshare, or Heropa
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for web styling and formatting
  • Experience with data reporting from LMS or Support tools
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Zendesk Macros/Triggers
  • Background in customer service roles
