About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator for Docebo (LMS) and Zendesk, managing user permissions and ticketing workflows
- Manage end-to-end enrollment processes for all training courses
- Maintain training tenants and lab environments via AWS and CloudShare
- Reset and decommission tenants post-class to maintain system hygiene and cost-control
- Audit internal and external Knowledge Base articles for accuracy and relevance
- Provide administrative troubleshooting support for Training and Support teams
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail regarding links and user permissions
- Process-oriented mindset with experience creating checklists and reliable workflows
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and education teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Docebo and Zendesk
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudshare, or Heropa
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for web styling and formatting
- Experience with data reporting from LMS or Support tools
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Zendesk Macros/Triggers
- Background in customer service roles
