Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate onboarding, upskilling, and compliance training programs
• Coordinate and deliver training for new hires and existing team members
• Participate in new hire orientation and reinforce workplace safety methods
• Manage instructor-led training, new hire roundtables, and train-the-trainer sessions
• Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps
• Develop and maintain training documentation, SOPs, and records
• Monitor employee progress and analyze training effectiveness
• Lead informational meetings regarding new processes and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or warehouse leadership
• Experience overseeing daily operations and delegating tasks in a distribution environment
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours and lift up to 60 pounds
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning tools
• Familiarity with performance management and employee development
• Experience implementing process improvements or operational initiatives
